Meet Our Outdoor Instructors
I trained as a Fitness instructor in the British Army. Before heading out on my own journey.
I compete in many sports such as CrossFit, cycling and OCR. Having worked with many outdoor bootcamps and finding that most of them lacked the Fun and community element I opened B-fit in 2011.
I love to see people's confidence grow and too see them laughing and smiling as well as sweating. To see people achieve their goals, overcome anxiety or hurdles is an amazing feeling.
I started with B-fit in 2011 when it opened and in 2015 became an instructor. I came into fitness instruction later in life.
I teach the Early Birds bootcamp because early morning is my favourite time of day. The day is new and fresh and quiet and it's a great time to workout.
I have always loved fitness and have a background in martial arts. There is nothing better than seeing people progress over time.
I joined B-Fit in 2015 myself to make some healthier changes and loved it. I lost a lot of weight and was fitter than I had ever been. I had found something I loved and in 2018 I joined the team as an instructor.
I'm a mum of 3 young children so I know how hard it can be to juggle family life and fitness. But being able to help them feel better about themselves and improve makes this job so worthwhile . I love being a part of B-Fit , the community and support really is amazing.
