About the event
Myself , Emma and Nicki are this year ( again for me like an idiot) running the London Marathon on 2nd October.
We are all fundraising for our chosen charities

and Myself the Shaw Trust
We are holding this hour special Bootcamp on Sat 24th to help us towards our fundraising targets.
It will be a great morning and we will have cakes and drinks for sale afterwards
There will also be the option to BUY myself and Emma some pay back ..
Donate £2 for 20 Burpees - £10 for 100 or Perhaps £5 to thow water sponges at us .. who knows
Kids are welcome too - childrens tickets are £1 and they too will get a childrens workout
