Christmas Charity Challenge

Im excited to launch the B-Fit Christmas Charity Challenge 22

This year will be our first charity Christmas challenge and I'm excited to have a heap of other classes/ Instructors joining us to make one BIIIIIG challenge

For this our first year I have decided to support combat 2 coffee Combat2Coffee Bury St Edmunds Debbie Robinson

I'm delighted to be able to help this small charity, who do absolutely amazing work in providing not just employment for veterans, but safe warm spaces and a place to go when life is too much. They are dedicated to improving the mental health, wellbeing and outcomes for veterans, their families and communities. It's a small new charity and I've chosen it, not only because of the veteran and mental health link but because one of our members is involved., so, it keeps it personal this Christmas.

So, what is our Christmas Charity Challenge??

Our Charity challenge will cost current B-Fit members £10 to join and will run from 1st-31st Dec.

Simply pay your joining fee of which 80% goes to the charity and the remainder goes to provide small random prizes for those taking part (We all love a raffle right. 1 entry per person taking part)

Participants from all our clubs taking part will be allocated a team. whose team will you be on?

Teams will battle it out throughout December to earn the most points and be crowned 2022 CHAMPIONS.

NOT A B-FIT MEMBER but want to join or you wish to invite a friend? Non-members price is £20 but also includes access to our on-demand classes and some Live classes both online / or outdoors

Teams will randomly be selected on 29TH NOVEMBER so if you'd like to join us please get your name and donation in ASAP .. You can join at any time after but wont benefit from the full month.

HOW WILL YOU EARN POINTS

1point for a day's activity, workout This includes runs, workouts NOT just Bfit online classes.

Only 1 workout per day counted to prevent over training.

1point for a sweaty selfie on your FB page

1pt if you check in to B-Fit

Extra points for workouts in festive wear

(so a workout check-in and selfie get 3 points. in a Santa hat 4 points)

There will be 1pt for steps of 10k or over

30 Points for referring a friend to the challenge

And a whole heap of Fun Bonuses along the way

So, who is in for a December full of supporting a small local charity and enjoying some fitness Fun and Challenges rather than feeling bloated and unmotivated
