Cancellation Policy
Class cancellation Policy Should you cancel your class 12hrs before the start then there is no charge and you may reschedule or cancel via your bookings. Classes cancelled up to 6hrs before the class will incur a £3 fee . This must be cancelled through myself and I will credit the session back to you once the fee is paid. Classes cancelled less than 1 hrs before the start or no shows will be charged the full cost of the class £7 I agree to pay the invoice issued to my email adress used when booking to complete payment for the missed class. I agree if the fee is not paid to B-FIT within 25 hrs of issue they have any right to remove any future bookings. This policy applies to Online classes and Face to Face.
