Service Description

30 minutes of working out whatever niggles people bring to class while having a natter. When everyone on the call has a foam roller, we suffer together.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made before 3pm on the day of the class booked . Late cancellations and no shows will incur a fee of £3 regardless of any membership . Failure to pay any charges will result in any membership being put on hold or withdrawn
