Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath. The power of sound, is designed to calm the mind, settle the nervous system, and reconnect you to yourself.

You’ll be guided through simple grounding breath work and a heart-centred fully body meditation, before being bathed in the therapeutic frequencies of Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan bowls, chimes and gentle voice.
