Cancellation Policy

I Agree that if I do not cancel my class booking online or by notifying B-Fit within 6 hours of the class commencing I will incur a late cancellation fee of £3.50. I agree to pay the invoice issued to my email adress used when booking to complete payment for the missed class. I agree if the fee is not paid to B-FIT within 25 hrs of issue they have any right to remove any future bookings. This policy applies to Online classes and Face to Face. Early morning classes must be cancelled by 10pm the evening before For those with membership plans late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the class price No shows will incur the full cost of the class regardless of any memberships and further bookings suspended until paid . Failure to pay any charges will result in any membership being put on hold or withdrawn
