Cancellation Policy
We have introduced a No show and Late cancellation Policy. The aim being to ensure that the maximum number of spaces are available for each class we run, and that in cases where there are waiting lists to allow these people the chance to fill a space. If you do not cancel or reschedule a space you have booked but are not planning to use , or you do not attend the class an Invoice for £3.50 will be issued. This will prevent you from any further bookings until it has been cleared. This applies to ALL memberships where bookings are ZERO COST and included within the membership plan. Anyone using PAYG services will simply lose the session and will be unable to reschedule. Membership Bookings can be cancelled online through your members log in account under upcoming bookings. We will use our discretion to waive a debt if we feel the circumstances warrant us doing so.
